I had to remove entry 215 as another designer was upset at my use of the O as a placeholder for the sine wave graphic. I have incorporated it here in a manner I feel is an improvement.

I've aligned the "W" in this one and made it a richer blue as thats a little more masculine. Any changes or revisions you'd like made, just let me know and I'll get right on it
