is it an eagle? could you play with the sizes and invert colors because it's still missing something

I did the changes that you requested, and yes it's a strip of obstructions to the minimum eagle head (I was always fascinated in graphic terms by the jaguars and eagles round eyes among many other details depicted from Aztec glyphs ). Unfortunately at this stage of the contest only first 5 ranked designers can upload files.
