Following your feedback, please see some proposals on #201, #202 & #203.

Ronan, getting some feedback that the basic design is great but might be a bit "busy". Not totally sure what i can recommend but maybe that makes sense to you more than it does to me. For one, I know we could take the tagline off so there is less wording at the least but not sure how to revise the logo so feel free to tweak as you see fit. Thank you.

Ronan, got some comments that although the basic concept is terrific can you play with the color gradations still? For example, using the style of color gradations in Entry #95 but the main colors here, both from top to bottom and side to side. Does that make sense? Thank you. Good work.

Very nice. Capture a lot of what I was looking for. Can you give me a color variation of a fewer colors or two? Definitely on right track.
