i really like #1. i have 2 concerns:
1) The "organic" is adorable, but it might be too feminine. Our logo goes on bags and business cards. It needs to be a little more masculine.
2)The colors are beautiful! When I go to print anything using our logo, will will be charged for each one. Two or three colors would be ideal.

you will have to contact your printer, as i have no clue about printing charges in your country you can ask them what the charges are for full color against two or three color as it differs from person to person and country to country.
