Using fireworks to represent a festive occasion and a boat uniquely connected to the word "annual" to represent the type of event - boat cruise near Manhattan. I would recomment the variation with the black, since it creates more contrast and nicely executes the task.
Mint, I do like the black typeface in #54... Would you try a variation of the ship and firework colors from #52 with the black "symbol" portion of our logo on top of the boat? thank you.
Thank you for your feedback. I have updated the colors of the composition, however, I prefer not to put the black "symbol" on top since it would not be fair to the designer who came up with that idea first. Moreover, I feel it makes the logos heavier than it should be and personally I like it to the side. The lines are smoother and more relaxing that way.
