I can use the flag in anyway but not the same as the middle point for the left & right as place with the other design, also I didn't get the last outer ring width I have made it the same width as the white gap to the middle if you can simplify about the taper :) sorry for my English.

Hi sorry just woke up, I'll update in a while also the Canadian flag concept was I think started by the other designer first it would conflict the design if I copy that or integrate in my entry it is logotournament rules I hope you understand. I'll try to come up for the flag thanks for the continued support.

Please keep the outer ring same width instead of a taper and add two Canadian flags on either side of BruceJack Mine Rescue. Also, are you able to shade mountain tops to reflect snow . I see that there is some light shading but more would work well to resemble the ice caps. thx

the mountains and glacier look good.
- Take the Mine rescue writing out of the ERT red logo
- Instead of emergency response change to Bruicejack Mine Rescue
- The figure looks a bit weird, change to a Dragerman head
- get ride of the Resources and change from Italic to regular font
