Hi, I like the offset but don't love the icon. Could you experiment with others, perhaps incorporating something that implies "coordination"? Our company brings together elements of leadership development that are coordinated and integrated with our clients' goals and objectives. I know this sounds like corporate-speak :-)...

And this one I thought.

The curved line is coming out of 'i' in 'leadership' text which also represents coordination and forming Preston. Preston comes out of leadership or leadership comes out of Preston -either way. All in a plain visuality. I don't know if made sense to you or not :))

I would appreciate if you let me know where we are so far.
