Just bold the first letter of each word

I like it better but only bold the first letter in each word. The P I M. Then I want to see it with out.

the lettering needs to be centered better in a block fashion

I like this a lot. can you bolden the first letter in Prestige, Internal, and Medicine. Line it up so it spells PIM. does that make sense?
