Could you look at the Contest Attachments file LogoPT80.jpg and PRESIDIO_logo.jpg? I would like to see if you could enhance your entry by using the shape of the building and windows in LogoPT08.jpg and bring the subtle 3D effect of PRESIDIO_logo.jpg.
Please take out the wave of colors at the bottom.
