Hi, The end of this competition is nearing, so our team just met to discuss all the designs and prepare comments for the final submissions.
For #10, we really like the whole look (hence the ranking). What we like is that it is clean and presents itself with a professional look; however, without being too contradictory, it is just a bit plain. We would really like to see if you could come up with a design that preserves the professionalism and style and also adds some pizazz. Please let us know if this is too confusing.
For #30, this is the best charcter we have received to date. If we choose to do a character this is currently the first choice. However we would like to see if you could alter it a bit, but adding a "Mayor" sash instead of a nametag and making the charcter a bit smaller to not dominate the name. Also, if you could situate him to the left of the name instead of on top, it might help preserve the boldness of the name.

Hey, thanks for the new submissions. For #10, "pizazz" maybe have been a bit misleading, so we apologize. We actually liked the simplicity of color, but thought you might try some different shape variations intead of the "speak-bubble presents". We still like it, but would like to see what else you can come up with shape-wise. Sorry for the confusion.
