I see what you are doing but optimal fetal position is as it is in the other ones so I need to stick with that ;-)

In #108, #109 entries I've sketched the baby in a different pose than my previous drafts. Maybe this pose suits better with letter U.

wondering if you can keep the Prepare where it is and then move the 'to' next to it (keeping the same font and size. And can you make the baby a bit smaller so that the U stands out more. Actually maybe make the word PUSH a bit smaller as well....

I made some new versions #63, #64, #65 in which I placed a "U" that is cutted at the bottom from baby's head to portray the birth.
I think that this is a clever way to slightly modify your current icon, unless you want to use exact the same.
If you want any changes let me know.
