HI We had to change our name to Premium Realty Associates, the change didn't come through until after we posted. Nice work by the way.

I like #1 best so far (with a name correction) but it's still not 'it'. #2 and #3 aren't right for my taste and #8 has a nice color mix but the base of the design at Realty and below is too old fashioned, reminds me of the old Hartford Shield logo.

Thanks for the comment. I have submitted the previous logo on white background as initially submitted, I will be sending again variations of this logo as well as new concepts. You mentioned a color specs in the brief but I didn't see it attached, can you attached the color specs file?

The colors are blue, orange and green.
The latest entry looks awkward with the uneven bottoms on the arrow.

I don't like the swoosh on the i, I do like the bolder image and the blue lower bar.

I do like the effect of the i on image 20

Entry 20 I like this but it will disappear on a real estate sign.

Can you substitute the I in the word Premium (entry 20) to entry 18?

The lettering seems to have cracks and breaks rather than being solid. I don't know if this intentional but we don't want that.
