I like the style of "Premier". I don't know if the work "orthodontics" would be visible from motorists who are several hundred feet away driving by. Maybe we can modify it to make it more legible from a distance. Would you do the letters in a metallic silver?
Sorry, I meant making the letters silver on the word "orthodontics". I like the styling of the word "Premier" and the bright colors work well. The building that the logo is going on is black, so the letters should be bright or light in color. Going back to #2, I like the colors and the simplicity. In #4 the metallic effect doesn't work for me, but the word "Orthodontics" is very readable. Maybe you can combine the two designs: "Premier" from #2, "Orthodontics" from #4, then try to work with and balance the size of the fonts and try a few variations of color to get the right look.
