- The team like the star, but can it be larger without being out of proportion.
- we like muted blue, compared to our current bright blue.
- what about scaling symbol and placing to left of lettering?

Regarding the shaded background, we want to avoid a large, dark, background area. It would have to be tighter without extending fart out. Interested in see that view.

The background you see, either black or blue, isn't really a part of the logo. It is merely an alternative, if you will, for when the logo needs to be placed on a dark colored background.

OK, I understand now. But if we wanted a dark background behind, like a plaque, as our logo, you can provide that?

Of course. :) It's up to you what variations you want to receive with the logo.
