Can you reduce the silver outline on the "lab"? (Not as thick)
Please make gradients align from the p and the L.
Make the bar from the E to the R have a slight dashed line (white) in it... Google "DC volt symbol" as reference

Can you take the line out of the sine wave and move it up to become the "bar" that closes the A?

I like the logo! A little more definition on the Lab and more Bronze color on Lab. Make Technologies silver (less defined)

Think needs to be small more defined. Powerlab needs cleaner text... Control Technologies can be smaller

Looking good... Think "high tech" and electrical circuits or mechanical moving automation...
