please change blue and yellow to entry #35, also please rotate lightning bolt by approx 10% to right so it comes across as an angle

In this concept I also explored an idea of adding "minus" element, to add some kind of energy flow element between minus hidden in letter E, and the plus symbol.

please add rectangular box with rounded corners around logo. add a variation where bottom of rectangle ends halfway between E and S. Lets see variation where ENERGY SOLUTIONS is black font color
