Yes, but the blues are a little dull now that we see them. Do you have a two-color combination to suggest?
Also, let's get rid of the check - just use the figure.
Last change: instead of the check, could you put a graduation hat on the stick figure?

We want to show that our clients are moving from college to career. How would you show that in the logo?
