Pop-Up YogaLogo Design Contest

I really like this design with the yoga person in the forearm stand. I do not understand what the pink hearts around the body represent? Would it be possible to remove them?

1 - Inclusion of a leaf, symbol of nature (this yoga position reminds me a tree)
