Can you try a radically simplified version of this one as well?

OK, we got further feedback: The blue-is variant of the logo seems to be a bit sad and the red-ish one very aggressive. Could you try to take the red-ish theme and make the face more "attractive"?

You are doing great logos and this one has a good chance to win. Can you provide two further alternatives of this with a) keeping the graph structure but using the original color scheme and b) an alternative with few colors to reduce complexity (at least one person in the team thinks it's too complex for a logo).
