under the entries, there is a section called "discussion" and you have the option to post a comment. All designers will ne notified that there is a general comment and will read that
Thank you for the clarification. I think for you to avoid any further frustration, you should post on the general comments area in both contests that there will be a winner in both contests. Otherwise, designers will hesitate to submit. Everyone is wondering already - not just me. I will submit my revisions soon.
Thank you

Hello.
This is my first time using LogoTournament and was not aware that multiple contests were an issue. I would assume that an artist would want to win both prizes and work towards both. I am a designer merchandiser and know that there are times i need to sell the same t-shirt to different retailers so I need to reinvent the t-shirt so I can still make the sale.
In addition, the second contest was initiated by one of my coworkers that had a different vision than I did. It is a separate contest and should be viewed that way. Different perspective equates to a different design thought process. I am a designer myself and can understand your possible insecurity but these contests should be treated separately. The first contest- obviously an award will be presented- the fortunate designer that wins this can also win the larger prize if they can think out of the box and ascribe to the new initiative. These contests are not connected. Do you have another further questions that I clear up.
I hope this helps you feel more secure.
Thanks for you concern- at this point there are (2) prizes in the running. Try for both but do not submit the same you had for mine.

it is the same brief - same company name. If it is the same contest launched twice, how can designers feel secure? You will probably end up abandon one of them. Even if you wanted to try again, you should first finalize this contest and then start a new one. Let me know what you think please.

I am very sorry about the confusion. This can happen with simple icons.

One other possibility-
use the word couture instead of apparel in an additional one.
