I like the originality of #6. Maybe just a little tweaking and variation on the logo though.

#86 is on the right track. again, very original but its a little too harsh I think. maybe we could add a different color and modify the logo a bit more, making it more friendly.

#74 is a cool logo, but it looks more like a set of eye glasses. maybe you could tweak it a bit more to symbolize orthodontics more.
