Nice job responding to my comments, #16 is the best of that bunch. It's the easiest to read. The fonts are larger and more legible. #10, the fonts are too small. In #9, I don't think I like polkadots written vertically, and polkadots and tv are to disconnected. In #s 13, 14, 15, 17 and 7, I think the polkadots appear more like crescents than circles because they're laid over each other.
