I think the main thing in your logo should be the name. There is nothing more important than people seeing the same eye-catching sign/logo over and over & having the NAME stick our immediately in their minds. That is the point of signage and promotions of a campaign/candidate, and that is the driving force behind my logo design. I also incorporated Arkansas and the district (34) with a star on its location on the map to make it all compact and easy to remember, while still providing every vital piece of info.
