Thanks Waveman, I liked your designs, but I don't understand the symbol. Please can you replace it with a triangle or a pyramid. I don't like the shade of green. Can you also try to emphasize the word "transformation"

Waveman, I really like the idea of the star in the pyramid. Could you do a slight variation on #85 with emphasis on the word "transformation"

I developed some variations of the logo with the star inside pyramid but unfortunately cannot send it as the contest is in judging mode. Only designer who is on the 1st position can do it as far as I know. You can temporarily rank my design as 1st and than I'll be able to send you some revisions.

actually - the contest is in Top 5 Designer Phase:

In this phase the field is narrowed to allow to work your five favorite designers, which can be changed at anytime. Limiting submissions to the top 5 designers ensures more personalized attention and dedicated service. A designer is much more likely to go the distance with you if they are only competing with four others, instead of dozens and dozens.

So you'd have to rank my design as 1-5 place in order to see more variations.

No problem, could you please also tell me if I should keep the dark background? Are you planning to use the logo against the dark or white background at the end?

As you said in the brief - you want to also use the logo on printing materials so, I try to avoid very vivid colors, as they cannot be printed properly, they only look nice on the screen. Also - background is only a way to present the logo, at the end what you need is the logo that looks good against both: white and dark background.
