You've taken an interesting approach here, and I like your typestyle, lower case and choice of colors.
However, I think we can improve on the graphic device of the arrow. I am partial to the idea a single dominant graphic element.
The following should have appeared in our brief but did not:
We use a metaphor of a client's company as a spear. Its sales team…the inflection point with the customer…is at the spearhead. Proactive, well-trained sales people are the very tip....the sharpest point.
Hence the name Point Teams.
