Analyzing this logo according to the local language (Portuguese) that one is one, it was very cool and attractive. I really liked it.
Can you improve a little more on the "u" and "m" part, where the white ones appear? I don't know if putting everything in gold will be presentable... Only if it's really possible...

Great. Can you propose another logo, however, highlighting the "one" with gold/gold so I can see how it will look? Is that, in Brazil, the language is Portuguese and the "um" means "one" in English, which indicates to be interesting to highlight.
