Comment Activity vegetus commented on #927 Done, envision! Thank you very much! 1 year ago vegetus commented on #927 Ah, thanks for the guide! I will select :-) 1 year ago envision commented on #927 Here is a complete guide on how to select the winner: https://help.logotournament.com/article/35-how-to-select-your-winner Thank you. 1 year ago vegetus commented on #927 Excellent, envision. Thanks again for the new introductions. I'll take #927, #935, #942 and #943. How do I finish this? I click on "Select Winner", correct? 1 year ago envision commented on #943 Withdrawn I made "Ouro" dark blue and bold. Kind regards. 1 year ago envision commented on #942 Withdrawn I made "Ouro" dark blue and bold. 1 year ago envision commented on #941 Withdrawn I made "Ouro" a darker gold and bold. 1 year ago envision commented on #940 Withdrawn I made "Ouro" a darker gold and bold. 1 year ago envision commented on #939 Withdrawn I made "Ouro" a darker gold. 1 year ago envision commented on #938 Withdrawn I made "Ouro" a darker gold. 1 year ago vegetus commented on #927 I think the yellow color in the word "OURO" was too blurred in #936 and #937... in other words, I had "difficulty" seeing... In this case, is it possible to replace the yellow color with the same dark blue color, however, only "OURO" in bold and the rest in normal in the slogan, the way it is? I think that with this small tweak, the word "OURO" in bold, dark blue color will be more comfortable and easier to see against the white background. 1 year ago envision commented on #927 To recap: - you have this entry #927 with blue dark background and gradient "P" and "Ouro" - you have entry #935 with dark blue background and solid color for "P" and "Ouro" - you have entry #936 with white background and gradient "P" and "Ouro" - you have #937 with white background and solid color for "P" and "Ouro" I hope this will cover all situations. Kind regards. 1 year ago envision commented on #927 Sure, no problem. I`ll send them right away. Thank you for everything. 1 year ago vegetus commented on #927 Envison, your logo above was the one that pleased me the most so far, so I anticipated it for the finalist phase! So I would like to congratulate you on your work and I'm very happy that you will be the lead designer! I need to study a little to see if there are occasional changes or not. In fact, in some practical situations, I will need to print the logo on a white background. In other situations, I will also need to replace gradient with three solid colors in origami "P" (or as per your suggestion) for printing as well. Is it possible to send four logo files, namely: 1) main design above (blue dark background) with gradient on "P" 2) main above (blue dark background) with solid colors on the "P" 3) the white background with gradient on the "P" 4) the white background with solid colors on the "P" I don't really want to bother you, because if it's not possible, I don't see any problems either :-) 1 year ago envision commented on #933 Withdrawn Yes, you`re right, #927 looks better. It was helpful to see how it would look with the underline. Kind regards. 1 year ago vegetus commented on #933 Withdrawn Thanks for the new introductions, envision. Looking at the designs, I really preferred #927, without the horizontal line. In my opinion, it was aesthetically more beautiful. 1 year ago envision commented on #933 Withdrawn Here are two versions with a line under "Ouro" Kind regards. 1 year ago vegetus commented on #927 I think, so far, the above design looks great. Perhaps, in the slogan, you could place a horizontal line below the word "GOLD", where such a line has a curve that slopes upwards and ends with a dot. The color of the line can also be gold, giving a highlight.... it's like giving a highlight to that word, with a horizontal line. I just don't know if this will harm the design, because sometimes, less is better... Could you do a test to see how the design will look? Thanks again! 1 year ago envision commented on #927 Please let me know if there is any other revision you would like to see. Thank you. 1 year ago envision commented on #927 Thank you, too! 1 year ago vegetus commented on #927 Great job, envision! I also think it really adds a touch of class. Thank you very much! 1 year ago envision commented on #928 Withdrawn With the slogan all in white. 1 year ago envision commented on #927 Your idea with "Ouro" in gold is excellent. I think it adds a touch of class to the whole design. Kind regards. 1 year ago vegetus commented on #873 Withdrawn Tip: when putting the slogan, see if painting the gold color on the word "ouro" will be aesthetically beautiful or not. OBSERVATIONS: The word "ouro", from the Portuguese language, means gold in English, for your information. It would be good if it had two logos, where one logo will demonstrate the slogan all in white and another logo will demonstrate everything in white too, however, only the word "ouro" will have the color gold, for comparability purposes. If you have other suggestions, feel free. 1 year ago vegetus commented on #873 Withdrawn Great. Can you put the slogan so I can see how it will look? 1 year ago envision commented on #874 Withdrawn With "Gotham Ultra". Thank you. 1 year ago envision commented on #873 Withdrawn With the thinner "P" you liked and with the name in "Gotham Regular". 1 year ago vegetus commented on #811 Withdrawn Thank you very much for the new introductions. Analyzing the logos created by you, I have a feeling that #696 (with the thinner "P") is better, aesthetically more beautiful and with a more refined and accurate touch compared to other logos (with the "P" wider). Thank you very much for your attempts to create new logos and new visions so far. It was very useful for me to be able to appreciate it better. I believe we will focus, for now, on #696. It's what we like the most so far. I just think the Gotham font is different. I was expecting it to be a little bolder. Also, I expected the letters to be less spaced. Anything, if you need it, the Gotham Regular font I'm referring to is at: https://fontsgeek.com/fonts/Gotham-Regular It would also be interesting to test Gotham Ultra so I can appreciate it better: https://fontsgeek.com/fonts/Gotham-Ultra Between the two sources that I made available in the links above, I believe that Gotham Regular will please me more, but it would be interesting for me to be able to analyze whether Gotham Ultra will be good too. OBS: in #696, if you can put "DIGITAL" next to "PODIUM", as if it were normal (example: PODIUM DIGITAL), all in capital letters, with the same font that I indicated above (Gothan Regular / Gothan Ultra). Thanks again, envision! 1 year ago envision commented on #811 Withdrawn Thank you for the ranking. The following versions are with the wider "P" and with different name layouts. Kind regards. 1 year ago envision commented on #777 Withdrawn Here are several versions with different fonts. I used "Gotham" and "Montserrat" fonts together with other ones. I also made the icon wider. Kind regards. 1 year ago vegetus commented on #696 Withdrawn Excellent job. That "P" logo is what I liked the most. It surprised me quite a bit. Also, see if it's possible: 1) leave the "P" wider.. I have a feeling that it is a little thinner. 2) use the font "Gothan" or similar.. if you have another font better than Gothan, feel free to do so. 3) put the term "Digital" next to "Podium" as if it were normal (PODIUM DIGITAL), having these two terms with the same font and with the same bold, all in capital letters. Thank you again. 1 year ago vegetus commented on #693 Withdrawn Thanks. I will analyze 1 year ago envision commented on #693 Withdrawn Here are several versions with an origami "P". Kind regards. 1 year ago vegetus commented on #171 Withdrawn 1) would you have an idea to assemble a "P" in origami, with a color palette that only varies in yellow colors? 2) if possible, use the sources I described in the "Discussion" field. (Example: Gotham...etc...) 3) you can dispense with the tagline 1 year ago envision commented on #254 Withdrawn Here they are. Kind regards. 1 year ago vegetus commented on #241 Withdrawn I think that, of all the fonts presented by you, fonts #241 and #243 were the ones that pleased me the most visually. If you can eliminate the black in the background and replace it with a very dark navy blue or white, that would be helpful. Sorry for my constant suggestions and I hope you don't mind, as I think the constant feedback from both sides is helpful. :-) 1 year ago envision commented on #244 Withdrawn Here they are with different font options. Kind regards. 1 year ago vegetus commented on #222 Withdrawn Thanks for the new presentation. Some considerations: 1) I didn't like the font very much 2) I think the letters "DIGITAL" are too far apart. Could you reduce or even eliminate the space, leaving more to the left so I can see how it will look? As for the hexagonal that I had asked for in other logos, after its presentation, I realized that it would really look better without the hexagonal. Thank you 1 year ago envision commented on #222 Withdrawn Here they are. Thank you. 1 year ago vegetus commented on #176 Withdrawn (2) This is one of the elements that you could add, as we talked about earlier. 1 year ago vegetus commented on #171 Withdrawn This is one of the elements that you could add, as we talked about earlier. 1 year ago vegetus commented on #153 Withdrawn Oh yes! I'll point out your logos that I liked the most, but let nothing stop you from making new elements to place on the left side of the text. I'll send a message on the specific logos. 1 year ago envision commented on #209 Withdrawn Do you mean something like this? 1 year ago vegetus commented on #178 Withdrawn This logo is very different and very daring... I think it would be welcome if it were an advertising agency. However, if you can present a new logo with "PD" or "P" similar to the graphic above where there are several triangles with different colors, however, in golden color... If possible, add a hexagonal outside these initials "PD " or "P". As for the font used in the term "Podium Digital", I didn't like it very much. It looks like a "padlock"... I don't think it's a very suitable font. And don't worry about putting the term everything in capital letters, as the term "Podium Digital" with initial capital letters will also be welcome for our appreciation. 1 year ago envision commented on #153 Withdrawn Thank you for the feedback. Is there any icon (from what I presented) that you like and I could use it to the left of the text? Regards. 1 year ago vegetus commented on #153 Withdrawn Hey! I'm finding your logos contain too much detail... The slogan can be omitted from the logo, no problem. I would be happy if you could present a new logo: - with "Podium" more prominent and "Digital" less prominent - with "PodiumDigital" all together, no space, maybe containing an element on the left side... If you are going to use the blue color in the background, I would be happier if the term "Podium Digital" used the white color... because visually it is more pleasant. As for the element/symbol, you can use gold... I think the combination would look great that way. 1 year ago envision commented on #155 Withdrawn Please let me know if you would like to see any revisions (fonts, colors, layout etc). Thank you. 1 year ago
