I like this font too. but don't like the placement of INC. id like to see the N centred.

another idea would be to replace the crossed lines with pipe wrenches?

great start! this might be my top runner... really liking this design; but not crazy about the dot after "INC" perhaps the water drip could replace the period? or maybe try incorporating a hose bib/spigot/tap with water drip into the c of inc
