I like #17. My only fear is the green color might get lost on the green background on our website

#16 might be a little too much like the star of david.

#18 is the sample of the logo in your website color. The logo need adjustment change the grey to white and lighten up the green color but overall the color scheme still the same (Green and Grey/White)

Here's a thought. Could you do a pick axe and a shovel creating an X in the circle? SImilar to #19?

#17 and #18 are nice. Someone just said to me they thought that was supposed to be a "p" and an "m" in the circle. I did not see that. I like that idea though. Can you make the letters a tiny bit more recognizable?

I like the slight fade above the letters inside the circle. Nice job.
