Hi, Thank you for entries. We like them both. Still not sure about the slogan usage there. Could you use the slogan at the end of "pleashop" logo just using ".com" in a different style, as in amazon.com. I think it may come out really different. What do you think?
Hi Furya, Thank you for your appreciate. I'm glad you considering my design for this contest. Here the update base on your suggestion... #125 and #126 with .com behind the text with different color combination. Also #127, #128, and #129 with different location of .com, and little tweak on #129 with added price label with .com inside.
Thank you Kutchu, I can't decide which is more better. Which one do you like most? I'm going to ask some of my collegues now that's why I'm not ranking now. Regards
Hi, Which i like most? I pick with .com behind the text (like #126, #127, and the new entries #132 and #133). Because it looks more clean and memorable...
We haven't ranked it yet because we've tried all the versions on the website and came to a conclusion that we need to lower the orange color. Not saying that we should remove entirely but it shouldn't be the primary color just drips.
Like you we also do like #127, for that reason we would like you to try the different color combinations on 127. These are 1. only .com is orange 2. only eyes are orange 3. only smile is orange
Hi Kutchu , Thank you for your entries and interest during the whole contest. We are down to 2 candidates and feeling a little hard time to choose the best. Before the selection we'd like to ask you some questions:
1- What is the story behind this logo (we have impressions but we would like to hear it from it's real owner). What did you think or kept your interest when you first enter the website what came to your mind first. What messages do you want to give with the logo and how you feel about your creation?
2- Once we select the winner and if it's you, are you going to send us the psd files? And the files with the high resolution?
3- How we will be on contact for further discussions or needs. We saw some designers give their facebook accounts or mails.
1. Pleashop (www.pleashop.com) is a e-commerce website. And it's meaning, we talk about shopping. And that's shopping trolley come up as the image of Pleashop's logo. Then, to look this logo more stand out and attractive, i tilt this logo, and add swoosh under the trolley. Tilting logo also gives meaning "movement", which conveying direction and reliability of this online shopping service. The swoosh under the trolley also convey smile image, with trolley's wheels as the eyes, and swoosh as the smile. As we know, Plea on Pleashop coming from the verb "please", which describe Pleashop's objective to please their customers. And that symbolize with smile. Last, the logo's color combined, is actually inspired from Pleashop's website.
2. PSD files? Yes for sure. But for information, LogoTournament only allow to send AI/EPS and JPEG only as Final Files. If you need other format, you can provide your email, then the winner designer could send the file that you request via email.
3. I suggest to talk about further discussions later after this contest complete. And I'll provide my personal contact/email after this contest complete. Because, i'm sure giving personal email when the contest still going is against the LogoTournament's rule.
Hi Kutchu, We've considered all the entries in different platforms with different people. And even though your logo describes the movement so cleverly Plea name stand forward on the other design. That's why we choose other designer. Thank you so much for your participation, patience and understanding. We wish you luck for the other contests going on. Thank you again.
