Better, but to really make it click the vertical and horizontal lines really are the ones that need to be pronounced to give one the sense of hours on a clock

Sorry for the late reply, i was at work. I´ve arrive few minutes ago home.

Yes the logo is very simple, and it can be embroidery well as you said above. I´ve uploaded a few designs plus black & white variations so you can check the versatility of the logos and the ways it can be use on all the marketing materials you will use like, website, stationary, videos, signs and others.

Yes. This is a great thought process. Also, a logo like this can be put easily on hats and embroidery etc.

In my search´s for the design of your logo i´ve found some of those views from the air, and i thought it would comunicate well as an abstract logo the "burning man" meaning, that is it´s look view from the air. Btw the logo will be exotic because it´s intriguingly unusual and different. The meaning about burning man will always be their.
