can the cow's mouth be open and mooving forward larger and different brighter colors. try reducing size of the Placer county Fair and increasing the size of cow along with Mooving. I like the color change from moo to the ving. just brighter and more varied. the date could strectch out to more match the bottom f the box.
Can you move the date below the main logo and move the theme Mooving Forward Together to the top? Is there a way to maybe make the cow say Mooving Forward Together ?
