I really like the coat of arms style you've designed. I think the text, Pitch for Israel, could do without the dashes in between words. I also would like the stitching on the baseballs to be red, as opposed to black. Maybe also try one version with the baseball bats being a shade of light brown, to try and add a little color while still keeping it simple.

Newer layout, with even more energy and emphasis on the title. Much more attention grabbing I think.
