#1 I like it because it shows the pistachios landing on machine parts instead of the ground. Food safety requires that no pistachios touch the ground. I don't like the gray color. The logo should be bright and lively. A round tree canopy would be better. The "red" color should be "Ferrari Red". The pistachio nuts should be a little bigger so that when the logo is embroidered on hats, shirts and jackets, the pistachio nuts are appropriately visible
