...as for the first entry, yes the i represents people and two speech bubbles represent multiple communication and bubbles themselves are shaped like monitors.

I really like the changes, the clean image and type says it all..its probably too busy to try to work in what we lost (the communication bubbles, yes? some sore of blend between entry #1 and entry #21???
