Pipefitters Local 597Logo Design Contest

Special-K, thank you for your submission in our contest, we like your initial entry and we would like to see more. I am on a team of three judges at work and we have reviewed your profile, three of the logos that caught our eye were Red Head Duck, Bend Brew Wear and Sierra Vista Brewing.

We like that your initial design used the pipe around the outer boundary and the city scape of Chicago. We would like a more colorful version.

Please change the pipe object in entry# 63 to use something else. The pipes look more like plumbers pipes and Pipefitters and plumbers are different jobs. A stronger/bolder use of the 597 may work in this style of logo.

I uploaded a new idea where the valve and the box that encompasses it form the letter 'C' for Chicago.

entry #142 can you make Chicago smaller and Local 597 larger

Can you take entry #161 and #157 and modify them so that they could be printed on a black t-shirt or sweatshirt.

Sure. I just uploaded a bunch of different possibilities. I know you're fond of the horizontal layout, but for a shirt, i think a stacked version would be best. Also the C logo alone would be pretty cool on the front or back of a sweatshirt.
