I am glad to introduce you my logo proposal for Pionetix.
After reading your brief, I thought about re-inventing the wagon wheel shape, by enriching it with more elaborated geometric shapes (wich represents a steady-complex technology that your company employ to satisfy its customers) and mixing it with some modern colouring styles, which transmits modernity to the viewer.
I also red in the comments that I would like to use at a certain point the Mark alone, without the company name, so i provide you as well the image as you requested.
Please take in consideration that by using a filled background in the wheel shape (the grey circle) the logotype can be included in complex images without the need of adding rectangular or squared area to avoid the logo of loosing his effectivenes.
I submited some ideas (#125, #124, #123, #122, #121) that are based on the original logo proposal, but I tried to develop furtherly the concept to give you more choice.
