Yes, of course I always send a .png transparent file when I send the finals files. In this case two one for a dark background and other for the white background. Also the .eps and .ai vector files and the .jpg files.

I'm out of home now in a few hours I will send you a version on white background for to revise.

this is beautiful, but can you highlight the PINK in a very small stroke of pink, because i may want to use this Logo on a white background sometime , well actually how would the shoes look on a white background also...

also, keep the font you have in your other design, just center this above those words. you don't need to attempt to incorporate the logo into the text, because the text should be simple, so after the eyes are done drooling on the logo, they know the name of the company.
