I can see different variations of this logo used for different applications. That is why both this and the other are still in my top five.

I think this maybe a winner. I am not sure what else I would change. Well done.

I am really liking this logo a lot. I don't think I would like to add any landmarks or landscape. It could be to busy. I think "realty" might have to be a bit larger.

when you focusing you sight on the logo, now its more complete, and do no need draw your attention to bottom part of the logo
