Upstream's Pillars with PurposeLogo Design Contest

I did, still working on it.

did you see the comment we made where we were looking to get the negative space as a column head?

can we see this exact design with "Upstream's" also in the same size as "Pillars" and "Purpose"?

can we see a version where "Upstream's" is more prominent?

can you also make a version of this were the "s" from our parent company's logo is in the negative space of the "P"?

keep this version, but can you do the same idea but use a column head (going vertical) where the shovel is in the "p"

I saw other designer already submitting 'bridge' icon in the Blind Phase.

and remove the lines in the "water" beneath the bridge. Need more streamlined than busy.

If we wanted to include a tagline "Service outside our walls" How would you incorporate that into this design?

Can you make upstream the more prominent text here and not Pillars with Purpose?

Seems as though folks may want a different icon than a Pillar or representation of a Pillar as an icon.

As we got to talking about what we were looking for, we need something that represented the idea that Pillars exists b/c we want to be a strong foundation, a cornerstone of the company's mission, and showing that we are digging in to help our communities and each other.

We don't really want hands and hearts and doves...too overdone. But maybe shovels? Or a bridge?

I like the idea of this logo incorporating the "P" into the design of the Pillar. Unique and lends to branding.

could the color here be a slightly darker blue?

Not sure if it makes sense but the 'dot' suggesting sun and/or moon (light)

Could the semi circle that makes the "P" in "Pillars" be less animated and a bit more structure. And, could "upstream's" and "with" be in a different more "professional" script?
