We are looking at elements across three of your designs that will ultimately make up our final logo. If we select just one as the winner now, can we still pull together those elements and share new tweaks we need for our final logo?
we still like the logo here...is there a way to make it match more stylistically to the design we have currently in first place?

Would it be possible to leave the slogan under the pillar, but move "Upstream's Pillars with Purpose" to the right side of the box, matching the style of how our company logo is an icon on the left and "Upstream Rehabilitation" on the right, the words stacked one under the other. Our parent company logo is attached to the brief.

This will be different than any initial direction, but...
When we started talking about the reason this initiative exists, we are trying to speak to the foundation of our company resting on providing service to our communities and each other.
So that led us to think about "digging in" to help our communities and the people in them, and maybe a shovel could represent that ideal?
Can you make the Pillar more prominent and laid under the word "Pillars". I like that you separated "Upstream" from the word "Pillars". This highlight that the efforts are about being Pillars of the communities we serve. But, the "pillar' symbol gets lost in the designs and loses some of the marketability.
I like this logo as well as it has a defined single symbol that reflects what Pillars stands for and allows it to be more recognizable while allowing for it to be somewhat generic. It is also a classy look. Strong but not overbearing.
no--we just saw something else that struck us, very different from anything else that had been submitted through the process, thus far. There is still a team of us making the decisions post the blind phase, so we just dont know yet what might happen. But we are still pleased with your logo, that now sits at 2.
quick tweak...
can you keep the darker blue on/in the Pillar to give the column definition like in logo #24. (But again--not adding back in the shadow that looked kind of like a skinny house)
