I cannot get over how impressively and how creatively laid this out. it's not what I'm looking for in our logo - but I would like to circle back to this as we layout our website. I think it sums us up perfectly and in an innovative fashion. well done!!!.

What happens if you make this square and not round. No boxes, the text creates the shape.

the center is text is too prominent - what if the est. and mmxii was on the side as in the swipe provided and the rest of the text curved in a semi-circle?

I think it needs to feel more polished and I'm not loving the human in the middle. think collegiate, premium and expensive. maybe add Roman numerals for est. MMXVII and use the black and white image posted as swipe as a good reference. you can use words like teach empower equip
