thank you for feedback. At first I want to make initial "PM" in the form of a shield, but after I make it look too busy then I try to make it more simple.

although....it is starting to look like a shield wonder woman would use... :)

great start! q: what does the center symbolize? what if instead of being a solid line...it was words, like empower, teach equip (and if you need more, relax, stretch and strengthen)
the shape of the outer circle is a little too cookie cutter for me.
