I can´t really do the same as that RI flag because of copyrights, but something like that #3 its fine and you will not have problems with that. Either way with hope it would look busy on the tshirt, and like that stays clean if you think it makes sense.
i love this! I just had an idea. Can you google the RI flag? it is similar to this t-shirt but has stars around the outside of the anchor and Hope underneath the anchor. Not sure if it would be too busy or not...
