I don't like the gradients. Solid colors are better. #6 seems like the best actually, but I don't like the colors.

The lines that separate the blocks are interesting, but I'm worried they make things too complex.

I'd like to see #234 but with each blue section all connected rather than separated as two blocks. So they would make two L shapes wrapped around a center square in the middle.
I'd also like to see #148 with a fatter font and the same colors you used in #234. Also, try putting the dark blue block in the center.
