I like the flow of the the design but the font needs to be stronger I can't read the bottom words.

#17 is my favorite so far of your designs font and color. See if you can make the Phoenix more Phoenix like with out losing the great subtlety of your design.

I would add a tail somewhere just to solidify that it is a phoenix. Maybe the end of the X or somewhere else love the fonts.

Though the design is cool in #37 I like the way #18 looks the best don't change any thing but just add a tail either below the logo or off the X
