I like the V entering the space: focus, achievement.
Can you try a version with italic font?
and switch the color with Rx in grey and Venato in green?

please add below VenatoRx the word Pharmaceuticals in smaller fonts.
Please try also a version with the V on the left, then VenatoRx Pharmaceuticals.

can you try to finish the right end of the V in the logo as an arrow?
