Darker grey in middle with the circle on the top on centre larger circle with a 3D effect like a dot of reflection in the ball on the top of the circle and the grey stand fades out as a sharp bottom

The wings can you make it more like this .... and the top of the grey symbol a little bigger with some effect to make it look 3D and the tail to start dark (a tinge darker) then towards bottom made to a sharp line
