I really like the direction, but this is not quite there. Very different than what I've seen so far. Color contrast maybe. I actually like both, just think the one really is missing a character. Still pondering it though.

Grim reaper was perhaps too evil, and I'm not totally sure if many people might miss that he's incorporated as an N. The pentagram is too evil. I like it personally, but might create marketing challenges.

#120 - a tagline idea from me 'mysteriously fun'. the character itself while having scary form still look having a good time / fun

The face is a bit too jack o lantern like. That is the feedback I'm getting from friends. It is looking really cool though I think.
