Nice. Two things:
1. the "PET" should be different color than the "etry.com"
2. the cat has to be different color than the logo

ALSO: can the whole :PETetry.com be in a single line instead of divided?

Just love that doggy!! Like the linear look/single line PETetry.com.
Would like to see the cat on the ".com" to see if it make the perfect bookend with the dog.
Actually love the gold color "PET" with the dog, but then the cat would have to change colors (maybe). Is this possible? Perhaps a bold color "etry" and a non-gold color ".com" with the cat. (or a different cat?)

Like alot: The core concepts of what I originally thought about as a logo are incorporated.

I plan to put this on a large banner and hang it at a big rally/charity event along side other banners. It has to catch the eye and make people say : "Awww...what a great idea", even before they give the actual website a visit.

here are some change for #7 I am going to try and incorporate a butterfly in there...

Hmm... let this:
1. Color change...
-"PET" in gold
-"etry" in crimson red
-".com" in gold
2. Shrink the butterfly by 75%
3. No cat at all
5. Place the entire logo on a bed of vines
(just an option...gives it that poetry feel?)

#13 may have better balance...
